Return Policy
Currently, viaRia only ships within the country of South Korea (including Jeju island). Shipping rates will be determined by the amount of items purchased and will take around 1~3 business days excluding special postal delays from major holidays/country wide issues.
When inputting your address, please double check to make sure the address is correct and written in Korean. A valid Korean phone number must be provided when making a purchase.
You may track your order(s) by using the tracking number provided once purchase is complete.

At this moment, viaRia products are only sold through our official website (viariabeauty.com), Naver Smartstore and at the Curls by Ria hair salon located in Daejeon. If you see a viaRia product being sold on other platforms/in other stores, we cannot guarantee the authenticity or quality of those products.
You may return any unused item purchased from viariabeauty.com. Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping charge. Refunds must be applied to the original credit card used for purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your returned items have been processed and your refund has been issued. When products are purchased from our retail or salon partners, we are unable to accept returns directly. Please return the product(s) to the original retailer or salon, and reference their company return policy to ensure proper handling.
